Where Trumba is the better fit

You're an institution, not a group. A university with dozens of departmental calendars feeding a master calendar, a hospital that needs HIPAA paperwork, a government site with formal WCAG requirements — that's who Trumba is built for, and the price reflects real capability.
Event registration with payments is a core requirement. Trumba does full registration and ticketing with payment processing. We collect RSVPs and headcounts, but there's no ticketing and no payment processing.
You have budget for professional onboarding and want a vendor who provides it as a service.
