“It is a wonderful tool for our organization… I looked at many calendars. None were as clear and easy-to-use as the Hunt Calendar, and the customer service has been exceptional!”
— Sherri Goulet, Chair, Thurston County Progressive Network
Why clubs and associations choose Hunt Calendars
- No more double-booking the hall: Everyone sees the same calendar in real time — meetings, events, and venue reservations all in one place.
- Members actually show up: Automatic email reminders go out before every event so nobody forgets.
- Know who's coming: Turn on RSVP for an event and members answer Going, Maybe, or Not Going right on the calendar, with a headcount. Set a capacity and a waitlist forms on its own. No separate sign-up site to manage. (In beta; we turn it on by request.)
- Easy for non-technical volunteers: Members can add and update events without any training. No IT department required.
- Embed it on your club website: One line of code and your calendar appears on your homepage, updating automatically as you add events.
- Control who can do what: Decide who can view events, who can add them, and who can edit or delete them.
- Looks like your club: Add your logo, match your colors, and create a public or private calendar — or both.
Using a sign-up sheet site alongside your calendar?
A lot of clubs keep events on one site and collect sign-ups on another (SignUpGenius is the usual one; the free version carries ads and the paid version does more than most clubs need). With RSVP on your Hunt Calendar, the event and the sign-up are the same thing: members see the event, click Going, and you have your headcount. One place for members to look, one list for you to check.
RSVP is in beta right now. Get in touch and we'll turn it on for your group.

What Groups Like Yours Say
I run a Neighbourhood Watch group in North London, UK…
I was hunting around for an online calendar that had to be easy to use, clean,
uncluttered and simple to install but was getting nowhere until I stumbled across your site.
Your service is a revelation, well done! Clean, elegant, stylish, uncluttered, intuitive and
above all simple to install, everything I was looking for.

We've literally been searching for a new web calendar
for years. This is the best one I've seen, by far. I'm having a lot of fun with it!

Seafood Products Association
Your product borders on the miraculous. I had it set up in 15 minutes and it looked great!
I'm still in shock at how easy it was. Thank you, I think we have found a new home for our calendar!
